Ordering on our site is easy:
- Select the product of your choice
- Add the product(s) into the basket by clicking: “add to cart”
- Verify if your shipping address is in one of the countries appearing and click on “Continue”
- The item is in your cart, please choose if you would like to continue shopping by clicking on “Buy More” or if you would like to proceed to payment click on “Check Out”
- Please sign in to your account. If you’re new to the CalendarBox© Store, please click on “I am a New Customer” and continue to the next step
- Verify that the details are correct and click “proceed to checkout”
- Please add your card details, take note of the terms & conditions and tick the box to indicate you accept them, then to proceed click on “confirm your purchase”
- The order is in process now and you are about to receive a confirmation email about your purchase order with all the details.

If you are not satisfied with your CalendarBox© online purchase you may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The customer has a cancellation right without reason with a withdrawal period of 16 days. Please note that the product needs to be received into the CalendarBox© Warehouse within the 30 days.
Express Shipping Standard Package
Express shipping takes 24-72 hours and it is a signature-only, fully trackable service provided by DHL (Europe).
Heavy Items (4-10 kg)
Heavy orders can sometimes take 3-5 days extra for delivery, so please factor this into any orders for large items.
Orders will be shipped via DHL for all countries. If you are unsure whether your order will be under 10 kgs volumetric weight, please contact our customer service team email@example.com.
Heavy items include cartons of Calendar Case purchases (for further info, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org). CalendarBox reserves the right to change the shipping method if these guidelines are not met. Extra fees will be charged.
Bulky Items (10-100 kg)
Orders will be shipped via DHL for all countries. Orders over € 150.00 which are under 10 kgs volumetric weight will be shipping via DHL.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is despatched. The email will include the tracking number of the courier used.
